Sharkeez Hermosa burned down!

My roomie sent me an IM saying, "What to do with no Sharkeez?"

 

I respond, "Huh?"

This news article ranks at the top of the "Most Popular Stories" on NBC4.TV, believe it or not.

 

This explains why several fire trucks were blocking the road around the Hermosa Pier this morning when I picked up my Starbucks coffee.

 

I called my friend in London who used to live in Hermosa, but several of his friends had already told him the sad news.  He exclaimed, "It's like a death in the family."

 

Don't know if it's arson or not yet.  I wonder if they will rebuild it, since it's such a hot spot.  Stay tuned...
