Ok, one more Dilbert to share... I'm not in tech support per se, but I am in a technical role. When I saw this, I thought it would be perfect to hang in my cubicle. I think I'll scan it in and use it as an opener at my next technical presentation, ha ha.

Today is Friday. I wish we can put up a "closed" sign. Most of our customers are in the Asia time zone, so it would work out to give us Fridays off, or at least half-days. I'd even settle for every other Friday off, even if just summers. I can't wait until the weather is pleasant again. It's not too bad during the day now, but it's chilly in the evenings.
