Don't judge me
To whom it may concern:
You only know what I write in this blog. You think I'm a raging party animal because I had a party with a beer keg and red cups. Well, I thought I was saving myself time and space considering it would be hard to fit that much beverage in my fridge. For 30+ guests, a keg usually makes sense. You think this is a random party for losers, but actually the purpose of the event was a social time for our MBA alumni. This is not a bunch of 21 year olds getting crazy. This was a tame party of smart people around a table playing poker. Poker is a reason for the alumni to hang out since our MBA graduation, which intended to be a networking event.
So, I didn't share all the details from my night. Hosting the event was more stressful than I expected. I lost money on the deal and learned some lessons, which I thought I would share. Next time, I'd rather be the person showing up than throwing it. I usually like to play poker with my brothers, but not strangers. I usually like to party with my friends, not strangers. Even sophisticated and/or smart people are allowed to party once in awhile. There is no specific instruction prohibiting alcohol with antiobiotics. Lastly, judging someone (especially a stranger) is not the way to get on their good side.
