After dinner last night, Boy-A and I decided to take a stroll along The Strand toward the pier. In case you're not familiar with the area, The Strand is the street name for the board walk along Hermosa Beach. It was quite nippy last night, 57 +/- 2 degrees F as reported by MSN Weather. You might think that's nothing, but I'd normally be curled up on the couch next to the fireplace during this time of the year. Getting back to the main topic... we were admiring the houses decked out with christmas lights, so I snapped a shot of one (see above).
On a side note, this reminds me of something that my roomie showed me last week, a Google Video of someone's xmas lights set by the Trans-Siberian Orchestra. CLICK HERE to view and listen- don't forget to turn up your volume. It's amazing how creative some people can get. I'd love to see this house for a live performance. I wonder if the homeowner is an electrical engineer by day and an orchestra conductor by night... Happy Holidays!
