My gift to me: Sex and the City

I'll admit that I'm an impulse buyer. When I want something, I get it. It's bad near my birthday and xmas, because I buy the stuff I want for myself. My friends and family hate shopping for me even more so, because I'm picky. I started making a "wish list" to help my family out. Sex and the City and Friends DVDs were on my birthday wish list, but I didn't get all of them. When I was at Costco tonight, I discovered the Sex and the City Gift Set, which includes the whole series in 20 DVDs. I had to buy it, even though I already have the first season. I'm sure I could have asked someone to buy it for me, but no. I prefer to be surprised and I don't like to ask.

Price is right, how much would you pay for the complete DVD series (6 seasons)???

$140 savings or 47% discount. Talk about a mark-up! This purchase alone more than pays off the Costco annual membership. This is a great gift for a girl. However, Sex and the City is beneficial for guys to watch too- take notes, boys! I love laughing to comedy shows, like Friends and Sex and the City. I'm so excited to host "Sex and the City" girls' night at my house. Woo hoo.
