She super-glued her phone

Since we're on the topic of cell phones... My friend bought a new cell phone a few months ago for a pretty penny. It's a flip phone with a camera. As with any new gadget, it got dropped soon after. To her dismay, a piece of the flip cover broke off. No insurance on the phone. $300 down the drain? She decided to super glue it near the pivot point. Let's just say it got a little messy with the super glue. The final outcome: the cell phone is permanently flipped open. The phone can not be closed anymore. It could be worse... it could have been super glued shut. At least, she can still make some phone calls even though the battery might die fast. At least, she has a phone, unlike me.
