Lemon in beer? I know that Mexican beers do that, but where does one draw the line? Anyhow, this was my first beer on tap, a Belgian beer called Hoegaarden (see picture, to help my memory). BTW, it's made by the same people who make Stella Artois and Beck's. My friend bought me a pint as soon as I arrived at London Heathrow airport 2 Fridays ago. It tasted too good to be beer- totally beats Budweiser. I drank Guiness in Europe too, smmmooooottthhhh. There was another white beer that tasted sweet, but I can't recall the name at the moment (forgot to take picture, darn it). I must agree that beer tastes much better in Europe.

We went to one beer garden in Cambridge, UK, but it wasn't much. I'm sure it will be crazier during summertime. The beer gardens here are set up for special occassions only, i.e. Oktoberfest and the summer fairs. I wonder where I can find this beer here...
